Cheat mode:
Press L + R, C-Left, C-Right, L + R at the "Press Start" screen. Press Start, then hold Z and repeatedly tap L at the mode selection screen until the phrase "Cheat Mode" is displayed. Hidden cars and other game modes will now be accessible.
