Unlock Cloven Skin for Online Multiplayer
Select "Multiplayer"->"Online Game" from the main menu. After passing the agreement and loading screens, select "Options"->"Soldier Loadout" from the Online Game menu. Bring up the Unlock Code keypad by pressing on the Loadout screen.

Type in the 16 digit code, the 4 blocks of 4 characters can be seperated by spaces or dashes.
