Extreme difficulty:
Submit the case sensitive name NO FEAR for player four.

Narrow field of view:
Submit the case sensitive name NOFOV for player four.

Faster frame rate:
Submit the case sensitive name NOSYNC for player four.

No HUD:
Submit the case sensitive name NOHUD for player four.
