Big head mode:
Highlight the "Fight Now" option at the main menu, then press , , , , , , . You will hear a sound if you have entered the code correctly. Select the "Fight Now" option to have a big headed boxer.

Small fighter:
Highlight "Play Now" option at the main menu, then press (x3), (x3), , . You will hear a sound if you have entered the code correctly. Or push , , , , at the main menu.
