Press to pause your game, then press hold + and press (x3), to get 100 more points.

B-side commentary:
Hold + and press , (x2), , (x2), , (x2), , (x2) at the title screen. Enter the options screen and select "Audio", then "Language". Select the "B-Side" option to hear a third commentary track. REMEMBER: This is only available in the North American and European version of the game. Alternately, get an "Expert" or higher rank for all of Rikmaru and Ayame's missions and a "Professional" rank in all of Tesshu's missions.
